History class is just me trying to teach ancient civilizations while my child asks if the 1970s are considered ancient history. I said no and then wept quietly while listening to my Rolling Stones LPs. He followed up by asking if people in my day used smoke signals instead of phones. I said yes, just to see the look on his face. I consider that revenge for calling my music ancient.
