Gym class is a carefully planned part of our homeschool routine. This means I stand on the porch yelling "Go run around!" while drinking cocoa in a robe. The kids jog in a circle twice, scream something about being tired, and then collapse dramatically like they just finished a marathon. I count it as cardio and give them participation trophies made out of stale cheese and crackers.
